Notarized ID documents are certified by a notary public to validate their authenticity. This process involves the notary witnessing and documenting the signing of the documents, preventing fraud, and ensuring that the documents can be trusted by the relevant authorities who requested them.
This added layer of verification makes notarized documents essential for legal and official purposes, providing confidence in their legitimacy and the identity of the signatories. The notary's record of the notarization further bolsters the document's reliability, serving as evidence of its proper execution and validity.
